Activity Registration

First Time Users - Create an Account & Register

Note: If you previously created a family account for a student-athlete, PLEASE do not create a new family account.  To register the same student, add a sibling or add a new student, login to your family account.  DO NOT create duplicate accounts. DO NOT create a separate account.

1. You will receive an activation link in your email 

2. Click the link to activate and log in to your account.

3. Click the blue 'REGISTER' button 

4. Add The Student I.D. and Last Name to begin the process

5. Complete the online registration forms. (Be Prepared To Upload Your Child's Physical Forms or Bring A Hard Copy To The Athletic Office Which You Will Scan And Upload To Your Account)

Click Here To Print A Blank Copy of the physical paperwork which needs to be completed correctly by your child's doctor.

6. Click 'Submit' at the bottom of the last page

 

Family Account Login for Returning Users

Guidelines for returning users:

To register the same student;

  1. Login to your family account.
  2. Click "Register" button (blue paper and pencil icon).
  3. Choose "Register (followed by the name of the student)" from the dropdown.
  4. Complete all online registration forms. (Be Prepared To Upload Your Child's Physical Forms or Bring A Hard Copy To The Athletic Office Which You Will Scan To Upload To Your Account)

    Click Here To Print A Blank Copy of the physical paperwork which needs to be completed correctly by your child's doctor.

  5. Click "Submit" at the bottom of the last page.

* If you can't remember your login details, Please use the 'Forgot password'  link to get a password reset email.

Note: The form will auto-populate the answers based on your previously submitted registration. Make certain to select your activity. Please review and edit the answers such as Grade and others if needed.

 

To add a new student in your family account:

  1. Login to your family account.
  2. Click "Register" link (blue paper and pencil icon).
  3. Choose "Register a new student" from the drop-down.
  4. Enter Your Child's Student I.D. and Last Name
  5. Complete all online registration forms. (Be Prepared To Upload Your Child's Physical Paperwork or Drop A Hard Copy of In the Main Office)

  6. Click "Submit" at the bottom of the last page.
